This is such a classic beauty, but unfortunately it needs a little TLC.
This original 50’s full skirted summer dress has the most spectacular floral design. It has been well & truly loved so has some flaws, the worst of them in the attached photos. Most of the flaws are found to the back lower half near the hemline.
The front part of the skirt has some tiny pin holes – barely noticeable.
Even with these flaws it is still totally wearable – just handle with care as the fabric is a delicate silk. The dress would be perfect for a pinup or vintage style photo shoot or a party costume piece. It has been priced accordingly. If it was in excellent condition I would be adding an additional $100 to the price tag. It is still a bargain piece of fashion history.
It is very petite and would best fit a size 6.
