This has to be one of the most classic 1980’s dresses I have had come through the shop. It looks like it has been designed for a B grade Science Fiction movie.
I have never before seen an entire dress created from the parachute style material usually found in the classic “Kath & Kim” style track suit.
The dress appears blue in photos – but is more blue/green. It has a zip up front & detachable shoulder pads. The waist looks almost corset like. So flattering. The collar can be worn high for added glam effect. The dress also has pockets! My only wish is that it fit me….boo!
Unfortunately the label is too faded to read, so I have no idea who designed this iconic beauty.
It is in excellent condition and the best fit would be a modern Australian size 6.
