A very rare gem this one! This is an original 1970’s maxi dress produced by lingerie giant Kayser.
My fashion history source tells me that Kayser put out a few dresses of this style, at this time, however it appears to have been short-lived. A look around the web today, does not bring out many, if any Kayser dresses or information about them.
This particular example is a stunning psychedelic wowser. The bright and funky geometric design is a real eye-catcher. The dress is simple yet feels high quality. It’s slinky and sexy with loads of stretch and features fantastic bell style sleeves.
The dress is in good condition and will best fit borderline Australian size 10 into smaller 12. There is good stretch in the bodice, not so much in the arms.
